Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the Terrace Club of Glen Island Harbour Club. Please note that the Terrace Club has a private entrance located at the rear of the building; all guests are kindly requested to use this entrance rather than the main entrance at the front.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional attire is requested for our wedding. We kindly invite our family and friends to join us in dressing formally for this special occasion. Tuxedos or suits, as well as midi- or floor-length gowns, are preferred. Out of respect for the couple, we ask that all guests refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream.

What should I do if I have a food allergy?

Answer

Please let our event staff know about any allergies when you arrive. They can connect you with the maître d’, who will confirm which menu items are safe for you and note your allergy with the catering team.

Are there any local events that might affect travel to the wedding?

Answer

Please be aware that a New York Yankees game is scheduled at Yankee Stadium at 1:35 PM on the same day as our wedding. This may result in heavier traffic, public transportation delays, and increased demand for taxis or rideshares, especially in and around the Bronx before and after the game. We recommend allocating extra travel time if you will be coming from or passing through this area.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Complimentary valet parking will be available at the venue. If you plan to drive, we kindly ask that you arrange for a designated driver. Overnight parking at the venue will also be permitted for your convenience. We will provide transportation for guests between the hotel and the venue. Hotel Noma: Parking is included with your stay. Residence Inn New Rochelle: Parking is available for $20 per night. Street Parking: Limited street parking is available; however, overnight parking on the street is not permitted.

Can I bring a plus one?

We regret that we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally named on the wedding invitation and online RSVP system. If space allows and we are able to extend additional invitations, we will be sure to reach out. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

While we adore your little ones, our celebration will be adults-only. We hope you will still be able to join us and enjoy the festivities. Will there be an after party?

Answer

While no official after party is planned, guests are welcome to join us informally at the hotel bar or nightclub at Hotel Noma. Please note that semi-formal attire is required for entry to the nightclub. No hats, sneakers, sleepwear, flip flops, crocs, or shorts are permitted in the lounge. All guests must always wear proper footwear.
