What is the bar situation?

Answer

During cocktail hour following the ceremony, there will be one hour of open bar from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. After the cocktail hour it will be a cash bar for the remainder of the night.

Will the ceremony and reception be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside. It's a small walk through the grass with some stairs leading to the ceremony area, so plan accordingly! The reception will be indoors with cocktail hour on the attached outdoor patio.

What time should I get to the wedding?

Answer

We recommend arriving to the wedding an hour before (3pm) to ensure enough time to get settled prior to the start of the ceremony which will start promptly at 4pm. However, we do recommend our guests stay for the weekend and treat our wedding as relaxing getaway in the mountains!

Question

Is there a deadline to book my hotel room?

Answer

The room block is valid until the 14th of August. Afterwards, the remaining rooms will be released back to the hotel for the general public. There is another wedding this weekend so we recommend booking your room early.
