BWI Airport / Harrisburg Airport

BWI should have better flight options and is approximately an hour away from York, just up 83N. Harrisburg Airport is a smaller airport and flights may be limited. It's approximately 30 minutes away from the venue.

Hotel

The Yorktowne Hotel

There is a room block available for both Thursday and Friday. The Yorktowne is in the heart of downtown York and is walking distance to many shops, bars, and restaurants. Parking on site is $24/day, but on-street parking is free after 5 p.m. and the Market Street Garage is free after 6:30 p.m and on weekends. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from the venue without traffic. There will be a shuttle to and from the venue that can accommodate up to 60 people. This will be first come, first serve. The first shuttle will leave for the venue at 3:30PM and the second (and FINAL) shuttle will depart the hotel at 4:05PM. Please note that the City of York will be having a First Friday celebration that afternoon/evening, so please allow extra time for parking and traffic.
