We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for our wedding day. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or formal midi dress. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. No jeans, white, or short dresses please! The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your shoes! The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 o'clock. Please arrive no later than 3:45pm to find your seats.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!
We have chosen to have a toonie bar for our wedding *For our American guests - all drinks are $2* We will have options to pay with cash or card.
Parking at the venue is limited, so we strongly encourage everyone to either carpool or take advantage of the shuttle service. Keep in mind the venue is 25 minutes outside of the city and taxi/Uber availability is also limited.
Yes! There will be a shuttle bus leaving from Heritage Valley Park and Ride (Ellerslie Rd SW & 127 St SW) at 3:15pm to take guests to the venue. Following the wedding, the shuttle will leave from the venue to Heritage Valley Park and Ride at 1:00am. We encourage using this shuttle service, parking and Uber availability will be very limited from our venue.
