When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by July 8, 2023. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting as know at the soonest opportunity. Those who do not RSVP by July 8, 2023 - we are so sorry you cannot make it! If you miss this date, we may be unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we send final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline.

Can I bring a date?

We, unfortunately, cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will indicate if a plus one has been given to you.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Welcome to Omaha, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here can be funny. During the day, the humidity can be very warm and sticky ranging in the high 80's. But could also be very gloomy and rainy. Prepare accordingly ;)

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! Please come however you feel most comfortable, we are requesting semi-formal/cocktail.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). We would love for each of you to be fully present as we say our "I do's" We have hired professionals to capture our special moment for us, so please allow them the space to do their best work. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like!

Are there any colors that guests should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - white, ivories, and creams.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you, so get ready to celebrate with us!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same place! The ceremony space will be turned into our dance floor after the ceremony takes place.

Is Seating Random?

Answer

Nope! For the ceremony, sit wherever you please. However, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner). We know weddings are a mixing pot of guests who many not know one another, and we want to ease any anxieties for guests who may be a bit more introverted. Hopefully, this can put some of you at ease!
