We're getting married!

It's June 2 of 2023. Delaney is getting ready to celebrate her 24th birthday at a poolside bar at Lake of the Ozarks. Nick is on a bachelor trip who is preparing for their day which would lead them the same poolside bar as Delaney, Shady Gators. Delaney and her friends had been at the bar for a few hours and were planning on leaving. Delaney went to the bathroom and when she returned she found her sister talking to an ex boyfriend of one of our family friends. The conversation extended shortly after to the rest of the group. After a few (too many) drinks Nick and Delaney began talking. They exchanged numbers at the end of the day and had their first date a few days later at the boat house at Forest Park... the rest is history!
