Will there be a shuttle?

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block at the The Fairfield Inn by Marriott nearby - see the Travel page for more info! The Holiday Inn in Strasburg is one of the closest hotels to the venue and we enjoyed a night there for another wedding! They have availability, just no special rate. There are plenty of other hotels and many beautiful Airbnbs in the area if you want a true Lancaster, PA experience!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

In order to make sure we could include all of our dearest loved ones on the special day and still have the day we want, we do have to limit the guest count. Therefore, unless specifically named on the invitation, or your invitation has an "and guest", we will unfortunately be unable to accommodate any additional guests.

Are kids invited?

Answer

As mentioned above, we have to limit our guest count so this is going to be an "adults only" evening.

Are the ceremony and the reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes, all events will be held at the beautiful Osbornia Farm. Once you get there, you can start to have fun and relax without worry of traveling elsewhere!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We hope the weather in late September will be cool, and sunny. If that's the case, we will host the reception outside, the cocktail hour will be both inside and outside, and the reception will be held inside. If the weather is rainy, we will host all three inside. Our venue has plenty of space and is very accommodating in that aspect!

Can you accommodate any food/dietary restrictions?

Answer

Our buffet menu is "breakfast for dinner", with a few of the typical dinner staples, so there is something for everyone! However, if you have a food allergy, or a very specific diet (ie. vegan, celiac etc.), please reach out as soon as you can so we can be in touch with our caterer to ensure there is an option for you!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Rest easy, the only cash you will need will be to tip our excellent bartenders!

What is the attire?

Answer

Dressy casual/cocktail. Check the weather beforehand - early fall can be pretty unpredictable! Since the ceremony will be outside, we recommend choosing your shoes carefully. Nothing that will turn you into a lawn ornament! We also have a great DJ so don't forget your dancing shoes!
