Konner insists he noticed Stormy during their Freshman year of high school. Stormy believes their meeting came much later during Junior year. Either way, we quickly became friends upon official introduction and built a friendship on competition. To this day, Konner's name in Stormy's phone is "Sore Loser." Toward the end of Senior year, a lot of awkward excuses were made to spend more time together. One day Konner brought Stormy a $1,500 cake (if you know, you know) for her birthday, which was soon after graduation from high school. All of our friends were suspicious at this point, but Konner maintained that this was something any friend would do for another. A month later we started dating, and never really expected to fall so in love with each other. Funny story actually, the very first time Konner said I love you to Stormy, she couldn't hear him over background music at the restaurant, so the response was not an I love you back, but a, "What?" to which Konner panicked, took it back, and said, "Never mind, I hate you." This led to a lot of laughs between us, but as you may have guessed, Stormy did say it back. There have been eight years filled with love and laughter since then.
