CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

For our special day, we have a set number of seats including children. We will include all that are invited in the home on your invitation. We ask that all children are watched after by their parents and if they are crying or upset during the ceremony to be taken to the foyer to calm down. thank you for your understanding! Children under the ages of 17 are free!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best semi formal attire. ALL BROWN, no exceptions on the wedding day! DURING the week your attire is your choice.

WHERE WILL THE CELEBRATION TAKE PLACE

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on site in Ocho Rico, Jamaica. Everything will be outdoors.

WHAT IF I DONT RSVP IN TIME?

Answer

We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue an exact number by a certain date, so please don't RSVP late!

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION?

Answer

Yes, your transportation is included in your 4 day stay. You do have to book 2 weeks in advance according to your arrival (we may not all arrive at same time do when booking room).

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4pm, but we recommend arriving about fifteen minutes early to make sure you are seated. Anyone arriving late will be asked to wait at the foyer to avoid any interruptions.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Yes, the drinks are on us, please party accordingly though!

DO I HAVE TO PAY FULL AMOUNT OF THE ROOM MYSELF?

Answer

Total payments are made per room, if you share a room with someone it will be split between all participants. You will only pay the full amount by yourself if you room alone.

DO I HAVE TO ROOM WITH SOMEONE?

Answer

No, only bridal parties are required to room together. Book according to your comfortability.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PAY OFF MY ROOM?

All payments are due April 17, 2026. Everything, as far as plane tickets and rooms can also be paid in increments.

HOW DO I BOOK MY ROOM?

A link will be sent with all Save the Dates. If needed, go to Things to Do tab and a link is ready for you to book with additional information! Thank you!

DO I HAVE TO FLY WITH AMERICAN AIRLINE?

Answer

No, you are able to fly with any airline. Choose your flight according to your stay at the resort. Payment for flights are on you, the earlier the better! We will announce when and who we book with for those wanting to travel with us!

HOW MUCH IS A ROOM OR YOUR STAY GOING TO COST?

Answer

The wedding party stay will be four days minimum; you may stay longer if you choose. Rates starting at $389 Rates will vary from room choice, adults and children in the room, and nights staying. Each room comes with a $500 resort credit, transportation taken care of, ALL food and drinks included. Once you book your room and it is fully paid everything is handled, you will only have to pay for things you choose to do outside of the resort!

DO I NEED A PASSPORT AND BY WHEN?

Answer

YES! All that plan to attend our big day will need a passport and ID to travel. We ask that anyone who does not have one book an appointment after Save the Dates are sent out due to appointments being further out and passports taking an additional 4-6 weeks to come in. link on things to do tab.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS ON MY ROOM?

Answer

There are two options: Pay in full or Payment plan If you choose to do payment plans an email will be sent to you with more details and information, it will also have the customer service support email attached. You are to contact that email EACH time you wish to make a payment or set up a date for payments to be taken out of the card on file. If you do not do so, please be advised the remaining balance will be taken out 30 days prior to the wedding, the amount will be taken from the card ON FILE!
