This is the best place to fly info. The Strathallan Hotel is less than 15 minutes away. Typically they offer a complimentary airport shuttle. Due to COVID, that has been suspended, but may start back up before November. We will let you know if this is available for our wedding.
Hotel
We have confirmed a hotel block at The Strathallan with discounted rates. Note: Hilton occasionally runs sales on these rooms, so the rate may be lower than our discount depending on when you book. Their preferred method of booking is by calling them directly at 585-461-5010 and choosing option 0. Then mention our last names or the booking code below. You may also book online. Be sure to click on "Special Rate" and use the booking code in the "Corporate Account" field.

Shuttle
November 12, 2021 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
One limo bus will run from The Strathallan to Pomona at Blue Barn at 2:30pm to bring guests to the ceremony. The limo will then make one trip at 9:30pm and one trip at 10:30pm to bring guests back to the hotel from the wedding venue. Please note that you may leave your vehicle at Pomona overnight if need be. * please indicate on your RSVP if you plan on using the limo
