Every wedding guest is invited to join us for this welcome event! After you’ve grabbed dinner, join us to say howdy and get a drink if you’d like! 🤠Event will be located on the second floor. There will be a shuttle leaving downtown Livingston to return to the lodges at Yellowstone Valley Lodge @8:30pm and @9:30pm for the guests staying there.

This event is formal attire. Floor length dresses in finer fabrics preferred for women in autumn colors. We would like men in dark colored suits, with ties in autumn colors. Bolo ties are also acceptable. The bridesmaids will be wearing the color “rust”.
There will be a 75 person passenger shuttle that will transport guests from downtown Livingston to the venue and back the day of the wedding. *Pick-up in downtown Livingston at Home2 Suites Livingston at 2:30pm (1625 West Park Street, Livingston, MT 59047) with transport to Yellowstone Valley Lodge. * Pick-up #1 at Yellowstone Valley Lodge @ 9:45pm, drop off in downtown Livingston at Home2 Suites. *Pick-up #2 at Yellowstone Valley Lodge @ 11:15 pm, drop off in downtown Livingston at Home2 Suites. Ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Please plan to arrive between 3-3:15pm. Make sure to bring a shawl/jacket as the evenings will become chilly and windy, even if the daytime temperatures appear to be warm. Dinner will be buffet style, gluten free and vegetarian options will be available within the buffet. Late night bites will also be available for all guests.
