When should I RSVP by?

I can't figure out the room block?

Answer

Please copy and paste into your web browser: bit.ly/StoneRampa then click "continue to destination". Our room block is set up for a two night minimum. You can choose to stay one night at Hotel Hartness via their website.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be ample free parking at both the church ceremony and hotel reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

No, transportation will not be provided. Please plan to use Uber or Lyft to get to and from the church. If you need assistance calling a cab service please see the front desk of Hotel Hartness. Hotel Hartness to the church is approximately 9 miles.

I am vegan/vegetarian or have a food allergy. Will there be food options for me?

Yes! If you are vegan, vegetarian or have any food allergies, please indicate in the prompt when RSVPing for the reception on Saturday. Feel free to reach out to Alex or Sandra for any other questions or concerns.

Is there a dress code?

Friday Event Men: jeans/khakis & collared or button-up shirt. Women: jeans, dress or skirt. Please wear whatever you are comfortable in! Saturday Ceremony & Reception: Black tie-optional. Men dark suit and tie or tux. Women long or midi dress.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome to the ceremony at the church. The reception will be an adult only event. Please reach out to Alex or Sandra if you need assistance finding childcare.
