Ladies - apps and wine Friday afternoon before I’m hitched. Shuttle leaves Hotel Sutter at 4:30 sharp for Helwig Winery. Shuttle Departs winery at 8 pm. Wine tasting, cave tour and apps on me - lushes buy their own bottles after that! 🍷

Pre Funk

Justin will meet everyone in the main lobby bar while Jennifer puts the final touches on the church. Please have a drink and walk over to the church together. (This will also be the couples photos time - see welcome packet for line up.) The groom leaves promptly at 3:45 for church.
It’s go time

Wear whatever is comfortable as it will be very warm out. Possible suggestions for Ladies: Summer Dresses Gentlemen: slacks and light weight shirt
Everyone walking over to church together from hotel bar - water and fans provide as it WILL be hot out. This is a casual interactive ceremony. However, we do ask for no cell phones in the church.
Party Time

After our ceremony we will do a quick group photo on the steps of the church. Then walk to the Bar together for lots of food, drink, music and dancing. Kids are going home AND Justin even promises to stay up late (ish) but there’s a reason our “after party” starts at 5 pm. Hehehehe This is additional proof we belong together ;)
