The Paradise Valley is close to the phoenix zoo area which would be a great option to stay at.

Can we wear fake weapons with our attire at the ceremony/reception?

Answer

No weapons are allowed even fake ones.

What are the colors of the wedding?

Answer

Emerald, teal and turquois are the colors. The theme is rustic and earthy.

What characters will the bride and groom dress up based off of?

Answer

The groom will be inspired to dress similar to King Aragon. While the brides inspiration is Arwen.

What attire should I wear if I would not like to dress up as a character at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Business casual is perfectly fine as well. Nothing too fancy like a tux but not a t-shirt either.

Does my attire have to be inspired my Lord of The Rings?

Answer

No. Lord of the Rings is the theme but you can dress up in mediaeval era. We recommend wearing fantasy accessories like elf ears, fairy wings, dragon horns, or other fantasy beings in D and D if you would like to. Please do not wear weapons rather they be fake or real. The zoo does not allow those.
