Flight
To make travel easier, please fly into the Kona Airport. It is around 35 minutes from the Mauna Kea. RENTAL CAR If you are planning on exploring the island, we highly recommend renting a car. There are Ubers, but they do tend to have longer wait times and are less accessible in more rural areas. We are working on getting a discount code within the next week so please check back in before booking your car.
Hotel
This is where the lovely celebration will take place. We are working on a room block. The final price will be around 40% off so please stay patient with us. These are a great option for groups and families. They are private residences and offer full access to the Mauna Kea Hotel. There is a mandatory 4 night stay. There is a wide range. There are condos for 6 people for $360 as well as houses for 10 people for $1500. A lot of great options to look through.
