We have a block at this hotel, that is 5min from the venue. Follow instructions to book within the block. Must book prior to Aug 10, 2024. 1. Go to https://www.thehotelamerica.com/ 2. In the top right-hand corner of the screen will be a book now option, select that. 3. This will take you to a calendar page. In the center of the screen there will be a field that says Bar. Replace that with your group code LSWD13 then search. 4. This will generate your group. Choose select. Select your dates, then the show rooms option. 6. Select your room type and choose the book option. 7. On the booking summary page select the Proceed to book button. 8. On the next page enter your guest and payment info. 9. Finalize the booking and receive your confirmation.
