I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! There is a place to note any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our reception is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our reception is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our reception is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a free parking lot right in front of the venue that you may use.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

There is a room block at the Comfort Inn & Suites in East Greenbush.

Why is there no meal selection when I go to RSVP?

Answer

We are having a cocktail style stations dinner, so no meal selection is required. But don’t worry, there will be plenty of options for you to choose from!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be a full open bar!

Will the cocktail hour and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

They will both be indoors, but with the weather permitting there is an outdoor patio space for the cocktail hour!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

We have not booked any transportation for this event. If you feel comfortable driving yourself there is a parking lot in front of the venue, if not Uber and Lyft are both available in the area!
