We met at work. We typically worked different shifts, but on the weekends we would both work until 12. After work, we started grabbing a bite at IHOP, Denny's or Steak 'n' Shake. We were only friends then, but soon it started to become more. To this day, we do not know when we started dating, it was sometime between March 12 and April 5 of 2015.

It was Christmas in July. After a bit of a stressful day at work, I came home and he was cooking mac 'n' cheese, the best comfort food. He was listening to me about my day. He then walked over to where I was sitting, got down on one knee, and asked me to marry him. I was taken by surprise, that the first words out of my mouth were: "Are you serious?!" Needless to say, he was and I said "Yes!" We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you soon!
