We love your little ones, but due to the formal nature of our wedding and very limited guest capacity, we are unable to accommodate children. This can be a great opportunity for a date night! For your convenience, here are some local childcare options nearby: Lake Tahoe Sitters, https://laketahoesitters.com//link Resort Sitters, https://www.resortsitters.com/tahoe-babysitters/
Due to our limited guest capacity, we are only able to accommodate those who have received a formal invitation. We hope you understand
Absolutely! There’s a section on the physical RSVP you received, as well as within the virtual RSVP accessible via the QR code, where you can let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Yes, the Valhalla parking lot has 71 parking spaces and 3 handicap spots. The circle road in front of the Valhalla is a fire lane and must be kept clear at all times except for loading and unloading. The parking lot must be completely clear of all vehicles at the end of the evening (10:00pm)
We kindly ask that you RSVP by two months before the wedding, which would be around September 7th. Because our venue has very limited capacity, timely RSVPs help us ensure that all family and friends who received invitations can attend.
Both! Weather permitting, we’ll have an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception. November evenings can be chilly, so we recommend bringing a coat or a stylish layer like faux fur to stay warm and comfortable.
For the ceremony, seating will be open, except for the traditional reserved seats for immediate family. For the reception, everyone will have an assigned seat to make sure we can comfortably accommodate all our guests.
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, only alcohol provided by the venue’s bartender may be consumed on the property. Please note that Valhalla Tahoe staff reserve the right to remove anyone engaging in disruptive, intoxicated, or abusive behavior. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
Your presence is truly the greatest gift to us! We are not expecting anything beyond celebrating together. For those who have kindly asked, we’ve set up a honeymoon fund through this website if you’d like to contribute to our first vacation as husband and wife.
We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We’ve hired the amazing Elsa Boscarello to capture every special moment, and we can’t wait to share her photos with you! Once they’re ready, all images will be available for viewing and downloading right here on our website.
