What should I wear?

Our attire is "Festive Elegance": Come dressed in your New Year's Eve best. This means black tie optional (so tuxedos, suits and jackets are all welcome), sparkles, frills, anything that will put you in the NYE spirit! What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests should arrive at 6pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30pm.

Will there be transportation between the hotels and the venue?

Answer

**Shuttle Info for Guests staying at the JW Marriott or the Springhill Suites** 5:45PM - first shuttle will leave from the JW Marriott to go to Library - please gather in the JW hotel lobby to wait for the shuttle 6:00PM - second shuttle will leave JW Marriott to go to Library - please gather in the JW hotel lobby to wait for the shuttle 6:15PM-1:00AM - Shuttle will be available to make trips back and forth between the hotel and the library

Answer

The Central Library has a large parking garage under the venue which everyone can use for free. The entrance to the parking garage is on Pennsylvania Street, between 9th Street and St. Clair Street. You can even leave your car in the garage overnight so you can enjoy the New Year's Eve party with no worries!

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Yep! The Central Library allows parking in the garage overnight for those guests who want drive in and party hard.

How late will the party go?

Answer

We'll be dancing our way to midnight, followed by a few final songs after we ring in the new year. We expect the party to wrap up around 12:30am.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

When you receive your mailed invite, it will have instructions on how to RSVP to the events you are requested to attend.

While we love our family and friends' children, the wedding is adults only.
