Yes! We would love for your little ones to join us for the big day, but we understand that some couples would prefer a grownups night out. We are leaving it up to you! When you RSVP for the wedding, you will see options to include your children in the response. If you have specific questions regarding your children's attendance for the weekend, please reach out.
We are happy to provide an open bar for the evening! While the bar will be fully stocked with beer, wine, and spirits, please note that we are hosting an "NA-forward" celebration. All drinks provided at the tables—including our celebratory toasts—will be non-alcoholic. We’ve put a lot of care into selecting delicious alcohol-free options so everyone can join the party!
We suggest cocktail attire—think midi or floor-length dresses, jumpsuits, and suits with ties. We’re leaning into "elegant, cabin-in-the-woods" energy to match the mountain scenery.
The Lodge is beautiful in the fall, but mountain temperatures can drop once the sun goes down. Our ceremony and cocktail hour are planned for outdoors, so please plan for a Poconos breeze. We also recommend footwear suitable for walking on grass and natural paths near the lake.
Yes, The Lodge has a large private parking lot right next to the reception building, which is very convenient for local guests. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outside, right next to the reception lodge.
We recommend arriving about 20-30 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will give you plenty of time to find a seat by the lake and enjoy the mountain views before we say "I do!"
