FAQs

The Wedding Website of Caroline Stipkovich and Matthew Stipkovich
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 11TH! Due to venue restrictions, our final guest count is due on Wednesday October 16th, after which the venue cannot accommodate additional guests. If you have concerns regarding timing of RSVP arrival, please contact Matt at (440) 465-2463.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love our celebration to be an elegant affair! Our dress code is formal, black-tie optional. We ask that you join us wearing a tuxedo or a suit and tie, evening gown, midi or knee-length cocktail dress, a pantsuit, or dressy separates.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and ask for your understanding that we have had to make some tough decisions about the guest list. We are limiting additional guests to partners and significant others of one year or more who are 21 years or older. Plus-ones have been included on your invitation and RSVP card.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We hope you know how much we love and adore your children, but we want everyone to feel they can let loose and have fun with us! For this reason, we respectfully request the ceremony and reception are kept 18+. There will be child care available at the Carriage House Inn located on the premises, a mere few yards from the venue, so you'll be able to check on your little ones as you need to! We will be sending out nanny information to those who need it upon request!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP, there is a place to denote any food restrictions or allergies. We have already verified with our caterer that all food will already be nut free, and allergens will be noted on any displays. As for dinner, please initial on the RSVP who the restriction applies to, and our chef will prepare a special meal within those restrictions. If you are gluten/dairy free, please note which entree you'd like and the chef will prepare it within your restrictions. If you feel we should know more, feel free to provide more information on the back of the RSVP card.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Our registry can be found under the "registry" tab at the top of this page! Some items are linked out to separate websites (Cutco, replacements.com, amazon, etc); the shipping address can be found at the top of the registry page!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception will both be held at the Tall Oaks Resort, where there is private parking available. You may also consider planning Uber/Lyft rides to and from the hotel with other guests if you prefer not to drive.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Please see the "events" tab, which will show you the itinerary for the weekend, with dates, times and additional details you'll need to know! You can also check out the "things to do" tab to check out some of our favorite things to do in the Cleveland area if you're looking extend your trip!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved rooms at the Courtyard Marriott in Willoughby. If you look under the travel page you'll find a direct link to book through our room block, or you can call the hotel directly and ask for the Wright-Stipkovich rate.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

At this time there will not be transportation provided to the venue. There is Uber and Lyft available in the area, and there will be pool options with other guests at the hotel!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm; doors will open at 4pm, but please arrive no later than 4:20pm to ensure everyone is seated and ready to begin the ceremony on time - that way we can all get to celebrating sooner! Please be aware that anyone arriving after our ceremony has begun will be asked to wait at the door until after the recessional.
