The ceremony will start at 5:00 and reception will end at 11:00 (same location). Please try to arrive to the venue by 4:30 at the latest.

What time do the shuttles leave for the venue?
Answer
The Cashiers/Sapphire shuttle will be leaving Fairway Forest Resort at promptly 4:00; please try to arrive by 3:50 to be safe. The Old Edwards buses will be shuttling from the two stops in downtown Highlands to the venue starting at 4:15. This shuttle will continue running until all guests arrive, but we strongly recommend getting to one of the shuttle stops by 4:30 at the very latest.

What time will the shuttles leave the venue at the end of the night?
Answer
Shuttles will all be departing the venue around 11:00. If you're on the Old Edwards shuttle and would like to leave early, just find a staff member with a gold nametag and let them know you'd like to leave. If you're on the Cashiers/Sapphire shuttle and would like to leave early, you may request that the SUV shuttle driver take you home.

Is there parking available at your wedding venue?
Answer
Yes, but PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE if you are planning to drink. Our planner let us know that police often set up DUI checkpoints between our venue and town. There is plenty of room on the shuttles for everyone.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Semi-Formal - Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Will welcome drinks and the wedding be inside or outside?
Answer
Welcome drinks will be partially inside, partially outside. Wedding ceremony and reception will be inside, cocktail hour will be partially inside, partially outside. We recommend bringing a sweater or jacket just in case.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.

If you look younger than 30 and are planning to drink, please bring your ID.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift. However, if you feel inclined, contributions to our honeymoon fund are warmly appreciated. We will also have a basket for cards at the reception.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Absolutely! However, PLEASE do not have your phone out during our ceremony. We would like for all of our guests to be present and allow our photographers to capture it for us.
