Islas Ballestas
Often referred to as the "Peruvian Galapagos," the Ballestas islands are known for their variety of wildlife, including sea lions and Humboldt penguins.
Paracas National Reserve
The Paracas National Reserve is near the hotel and includes beautiful beaches, a variety of wildlife and even has a great museum where you can learn about the history of the region (including the pre-colonial Paracas culture).
Hotel la Hacienda Bahía Paracas
At the hotel, you can schedule private boat outings, available free for guests with previous reservations, and even schedule a trip to the Ballestas islands. You can also view the private museum for hotel guests including a lot of pre-colonial Paracas culture artefacts. The hotel features a spa for relaxation as well.
