North Carolina can be hot in September! Please keep in mind that the venue will be outside, with dinner hosted in a covered outdoor space.
We have 3 hotel blocks in the Ballantyne area. As our venue is outside of the city, we recommend staying here or near here to take advantage of the transportation we are providing. If you are not able to get to the hotel to utilize this transportation, you will be responsible for finding your own form of transportation to the venue.
We are having a buffet style dinner, so hopefully everyone will be able to compile a meal that will make them happy. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please reach out to the bride and groom and we will confer with our caterer.

Yes! There is parking available on the property, however we recommend utilizing the provided transportation to and from the hotels. If you decide to leave your car overnight at the venue, it must be picked up by noon on Saturday the 19th.
