Will transportation be provided between the reception and hotel?

Yes! We encourage all guests to use our provided transportation. Rideshare apps, such as Uber and Lyft, are limited and unreliable near the venue.

Which hotels does the shuttle service pick up from?

Please note that shuttle service is available only for the Courtyard Marriott, Fort William Henry Hotel and Holiday Inn.

Can we park at the venue?

Due to extremely limited parking at the venue and for the safety and convenience of all our guests, we kindly encourage everyone to use the provided transportation. If there are any questions or concerns, please contact Hailey or Michael directly. Thank you!

Will this be an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

Both! Cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while dinner and dancing will be indoors. We recommend planning accordingly and will share any additional details you may need as the day approaches.

Lake George is pleasantly warm in the afternoon with cooler evenings. In August, daytime temperatures typically range from high 70s - mid 80s, while evenings cool down to the high 50s - low 60s.

Formal Attire Requested, Black Tie Optional. Guests are encouraged to embrace color. Gentlemen may wear a tuxedo or a suit with a tie, while ladies are welcome to choose a long gown, cocktail dress, or other sophisticated evening wear.
