Benbow Historic Inn

Our guest bedrooms are located in the historical or terrace buildings at the Inn. We recently completed renovations that brought in and elevator, ADA compliant guest rooms and newly themed Benbow Founders’ rooms—each room is themed after one of the original Benbow family members. Due to Covid-19 restrictions some of our in-room amenities have been removed. If there is anything you need that is missing, please feel free to ask our front desk and we would be happy to assist you whenever possible. Breakfast is available in the Lobby Bar for all guests of the Inn. Please let us know upon check in if you would like to make a dinner. Check In Time is 4:00pm Check Out Time is 11:00a

Located in the middle of Redway, walking distance to grocery store, post office and the Mateel community center Ten minutes to the redwoods and forty minutes to shelter cove beach. There is a private saltwater pool in the back that is shared with the host. Since it is located behind a grocery store and next to an elementary school there can be early morning truck and bus noise. The space Private apartment attached to the main house has separate entrance. The backyard has a saltwater pool and a relaxing environment

The Log Cabin is located on the Benbow Golf Course. The home is an open Cabin feel. A perfect location for a family venturing through the Redwoods. Walking distance to the Historic Benbow Inn. Bring your golf clubs and swing into the Benbow KOA to rent a cart and spend the day on the greens. 8 miles North on the 101 you will find the Avenue of the Giants with several groves to stop and hug the Redwoods. 18 miles South on the 101 you will find the Famous Drive Thru Tree, a must see with family! The space The Log Cabin is a family-friendly atmosphere located on the Benbow Golf Course. There is reliable Starlink wifi internet for remote work and video streaming. Upstairs is an open concept. The stairway opens up to two rooms, one on either side of the stairs with 1 king bed, 1 queen, 1 twin trundle, and a crib. A full bathroom with a tub. The sofa downstairs lays flat for an added sleeping area. Dining area seats 4 comfortably. Full bathroom with shower downstairs. Large deck off the back with foosball table. Gorgeous front yard with swing set, climbing dome, and trampoline. Plenty of space in 0.5 acre yard for furry friends to frolic. There are two 12,000 BTU ac unit upstairs and downstairs and also two tower fans.
