Celia and Hope met their senior year of college in Dr. Gallup’s evolutionary psychology lab. Celia told Hope she was interested in a research topic and Hope promptly went home and printed out a study to bring to her the next day. They were quickly inseparable friends from there. Little did they know back then, that they would go from psych lab and swimming in fountains in Albany, to touching blood worms, wading in murky water, and catching fish together one day.

Holland Martini

Hilarious, wise, and best little sister there ever was, Holland made Hope feel so very welcomed into the Martini family. She is incredibly excited to very soon call her sister-in-law.

Megan McKann

Bridesmaid

Megan and Hope met at work when Hope’s workstation was relocated to the cube next to Megan. Very quickly, the rest of the floor learned that they would no longer dwell in peaceful silence. Megan and Hope can often be found plotting schemes to bring wild animals home as pets, swapping arts and crafts ideas, and helping one another survive Zoom calls by making subtle faces at each other and swapping corporate horror stories.

Kristen and Hope met at work when Hope was incredibly shy and just out of college. Kristen continued to stop by Hope’s desk to chat until she finally broke through the wall of social anxiety and got Hope to talk. Legend has it, Hope never stopped talking… it’s been 15 years…. Kristen wonders if she will ever come up for air.
