When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP when you can so we can organize with our vendors. However, the deadline is November 1st.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Business casual to semi-formal (collared shirt and nice pants or dresses). The ceremony will be outside on the lawn, so wear flat shoes or wedge heels. Even though we are in Florida, it can get cold in January, so please check the weather and dress accordingly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have rooms blocked at the Barrymore Hotel which is right across the river from the venue (walking distance). However, downtown Tampa has many great hotels you can choose from as well.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you stay at the Barrymore Hotel, it is walking distance to the venue but they also have free shuttles available.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, public parking is available at the venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please let us know when you rsvp if there are any allergies or dietary requests.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Only bring a date if a plus one was added to your invitation.
