FAQs

If you have any questions outside of the ones listed here, please reach out to either the bride or groom personally for a reply!!
Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

For your sake and for ours, we are asking that all parents leave children under 12 years old at home. If you are unable to find proper child care and in turn are unable to make it to our special day, we completely understand.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that everyone RSVP by February so that we can make the correct accommodations for all of our guests. If plans change last minute, don't worry but please reach out to the bride or groom as soon as you know you cannot attend so that we can notify vendors.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes please, we never want any guests to feel like they aren't included in any elements of our special day. Please let us know with plenty of time to make accommodations, thank you so much!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In our invitations it will specify whether you are permitted a plus one! We want to focus on surrounding ourselves with our closest friends and family so please do not invite anyone unless explicitly consulting the bride or groom first. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty parking on the property, so don't worry about finding a spot!

Question

Is there a hotel block or discount code?

Answer

Unfortunately no, as many of our guests have different preferences and budgets we are unable to compile everyone into one group and offer a discount. We hope you understand.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The highest rated hotels in the area include the Holiday Inn (215 Cracker Barrel Drive, Clarksville, TN 37042) and the Home2 Suites (3020 Mr. C Drive, Clarksville TN, 37040). If neither of these options fit your preferences, Clarksville offers many high quality Air BnB's.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately no, as people will be staying in a lot of different hotels and homes, we cannot provide something for everyone. We appreciate your patience and offer as a solution the use of Uber or carpooling with other family members. Thank you!

Question

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

If you choose to fly over driving, the closest major airport is Nashville International (BNA) which is located approximately 45 minutes from Clarksville.

Question

What hashtag should we use for wedding photos?

Answer

As Madison is transitioning from a Stiles to a Biggs, we are using the hashtag #TheBiggDay as a play on words for their new family. Please share using this hashtag so that all of the photos can be viewed in a group. Thank you!

Question

Are phones/photos allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a QR code to greet you on your way into the ceremony, make sure to scan this and participate in the photo taking from your perspective of the night. We ask that you remain respectful and not block anyone's view or the aisle. Please stay in your seat and enjoy the moment. Remember if you're invited it's because we love you and want you to witness our special day.

Question

Will Alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes, we are participating in a child-free wedding offering a date night for parents, so feel free to relax and drink as you please. All we ask is that you safely find a way back to your hotel and remain respectful of the venue.
