Are kids allowed?

Answer

No, to allow our guests to have a more relaxing evening we are asking that no kids under 16 attend.

Are there plus ones?

Answer

Due to spacing and wanting a more intimate ceremony no plus ones will be granted, all invitees will be specified by name on the invitations.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are asking for everyone to be dressed in semi formal attire, I have a Pinterest board of attire ideas if anyone needs any ideas of what to wear don’t hesitate to reach out and I can send you my board of inspirations. Our bridesmaids will be in purples if those colors could be avoided. The venue does have a gravel parking lot and all outdoor areas are mostly grass or gravel so I wouldn’t recommend heels.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be primarily indoors but you will have the option of floating between the indoor area and the outdoor patio.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be having an open bar for nonalcoholic beverages, however, in order to control alcohol consumption, the alcoholic drinks will be cash bar, therefore any guests planning on drinking come with cash.

Can we bring outside beverages?

Answer

Our venue has a strict no outside beverages rule. We ask that everyone coming DO NOT bring any beverages there will be drinks available at the reception. If you are caught bringing in drinks you will be told to throw it away and if you don’t you will be asked to leave. We want everyone to have a good time please respect the rules of the establishment we chose.

Is there an after party?

Answer

Yes, there will be an after party at X-golf in Rapid City from after the reception (10or11pm) until 1-2am or whenever everyone leaves. Reach out to the bride or groom for more information.
