How and When to RSVP?

Answer

Guests are welcome to mail their RSVP if they prefer. Alternatively, RSVPs may be submitted online by scanning the QR code on the back of your invitation. We kindly request that all responses be received by March 1, 2027, to allow us and our vendors adequate time to plan for the celebration.

What Time Zone is the Venue?

Answer

The venue is located in the Eastern Time Zone. If you are staying in Panama City or surrounding areas, please be mindful of the time difference when planning your travels.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 PM to allow time for parking and finding a seat. Our ceremony begins at 4:00 PM on the beach across the street from the venue, so a short walk will be required. Guests may sit wherever they feel comfortable.

Am I Allowed to Bring a Plus One?

Answer

To keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests listed on your invitation are invited. If you have a spouse or children who weren't included on the invitation, please know they are welcome to join. We truly appreciate your understanding as we celebrate this special day with our closest family and friends.

What Should I Wear?

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal dress code for the evening. Part of the celebration will take place on the beach, so please keep that in mind when choosing shoes and layers. Our wedding colors are inspired by spring wildflowers, and we encourage outfits that complement this palette. If you are unsure or want to share your outfit for advice, feel free to send us a photo; we would be happy to give input!

Is the Venue Indoors or Outdoors?

Our wedding will be all outdoors. The ceremony will take place on the beach, and the reception will be held outside under the beautiful oak tree. Rest assured, we will have porta potties available for your convenience. Be sure to dress comfortably for an outdoor celebration and plan for Florida May weather!

Can I Take Photos During the Ceremony?

During the ceremony, we kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos so everyone can be fully present in the moment. After the ceremony, feel free to snap away! We will also have a photo booth at the reception for plenty of fun, memorable shots. Our professional photographer will capture all the key moments as well.

Will There be Alcohol Served?

Yes! We will be serving beer, wine, and signature mixed drinks for our guests to enjoy. While we won't have a professional bartender, drinks will be available throughout the celebration. Cheers to a fun night!

What is on the Menu?

Answer

We will be serving a buffet-style dinner so everyone can enjoy their favorites! You will have your choice of Lasagna, Chicken Parmesan, Shrimp Scampi, and Spaghetti, all served alongside fresh Salad and Garlic Bread. Water and soft drinks will also be available. Cake and desserts will be served to end the night on a sweet note.

Do I Need to Bring a Gift?

Your presence at our wedding is truly the best gift we could ask for! If you would like to give something, we have set up cash funds on our registry to help us create memories on our honeymoon and future adventures. Contributions can be made through Zola or via Venmo at @Ali_AnthonyHoneymoonFund.
