Question

Can I bring my own booze?

Answer

No, the church will cancel the wedding if any alcohol is onsite. Please celebrate with the licensed alcohol at Blackberry Ridge. There will be unlimited pop, coffee, etc. at Blackberry Ridge. There will be two kegs of beer after they run out it becomes a cash bar. Plan accordingly!

Where will I be sitting at the reception?

Answer

People who RSVP'd will have a place card with their name. On the back of the place card will be a number - that is your table number! You will need you placecard to get food, so make sure you grab it on your way in!

Where is best place to park?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception venue have ample free parking. Reception venue allows overnight parking, but you can't sleep in the car.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to the 2:00 pm ceremony to get everyone seated and ready to go.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in a church appropriate manner. This means roughly knee length dresses and collared shirts. Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors please plan accordingly.

Is there transport between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Transport will not be provided between venues, if you had too many drinks at the end of the night please ask for a ride home or arrange a sober ride in advance.

What if I'm not Catholic?

Answer

You can still attend the ceremony! You should be able to follow along with cues from the priest and other guests.

Are the venues accessible?

Answer

Yes, you should be able to cruise through both venues with no stairs and accessible bathrooms. Please let us know if you plan on bringing accessibily aids larger than a cane so we can ensure you are seated in easy access locations. We don't want to mistakenly seat you at a table that needs to be moved for the dance floor. Added bonus, there's a golf cart available to bring you to and from your vehicle at the reception.

What if I did not RSVP or RSVP'd no, can I still show up?

Answer

We ordered food for the exact amount of people who RSVP'd yes. If people no show we will have food for you, if everyone shows up there's a bar downstairs you can order from and join us for cake!
