Question

Where is the wedding being held?

Answer

Our wedding location is Sterling Event Venue in Minneola, FL. Address: 20524 CR 455 Minneola, FL 34715

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself time to park and find a seat.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a private on-site parking lot with handicap parking as well.

Question

Is the Ceremony outside?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, while the reception will be inside. If Florida weather chooses not to cooperate, everything will be inside!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our color scheme is black, champagne gold, and blush pink. To match it, we kindly ask you to dress in your best formal outfits that go with our color scheme. We understand that it can be hot in the summer, so if you choose to wear black, make sure you have short sleeves! Also, please make sure you pick comfortable shoes! We would love to see everyone out on the dance floor with us! Another important detail: the bridesmaids and MOH will be in champagne gold, the MOB in navy blue, and the MOG in champagne gold.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

When you receive your invitation, there will be a QR code on it to RSVP. However, if you do not know how to do it or it does not work for you, feel free to send us a text or give us a call! There will also be an option on this website to RSVP.

Question

What do I do if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by (INSERT DATE), you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This, unfortunately, will mean you are not permitted to show up on our wedding day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you).

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Lauren as soon as you are aware.

Question

Are pets allowed?

Answer

We kindly ask that you leave your furry friend at home so you can enjoy a night out!

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, it will kindly say on the invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, due to budgeting and space, we would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible with our close friends and family.

Question

What will happen if I show up in white?

Answer

If you do happen to show up in white, ivory, or cream color attire, you will be kindly asked to leave the premises and you will not be permitted to return. P.S. There is also a chance the MOH will be armed with red wine... Dress accordingly.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that you be present with us and phones should be put away and silenced. We have a photographer and videographer for pictures/videos and we would like to be able to see your faces in every shot!

Question

What is the smoking policy?

Answer

Cigarettes, cigars, and vapes are ideally left at home or in the car. However, if you need to smoke, please use them only in the designated smoking areas at the venue. ANY use of marijuana will result in your removal from the venue.

Question

Will we be able to accommodate dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP, there will be a questionnaire asking about your dietary restrictions/allergies.

Question

When will the ceremony start and reception end?

Answer

See the schedule of events.
