WE’RE GETTING MARRIED!!

We can honestly say that where our story started was definitely a God thing. I, Lindsay, had knee trouble in late 2015 with possible surgery. My doctor asks which physical therapy place I would like to go to and at the time I only knew of one in town, PT solutions. A few days later I get a call from BenchMark Physical Therapy saying that they have received a referral from my doctor. Thinking to myself, well this isn’t where I told my doctor but okay here we go. At my first appointment, a technician who worked there (high school friends) and I were catching up on life. I mentioned how I was in school and working at the hospital and how I was looking for another job.. insert LauraAnne Stewart. She asked me if I wanted to work with them and to send in my resume. BAM. So January 2016, I started working at BenchMark PT. Fast forward six months, LA asks me if I could dog/house sit for her while they go on vacation. I said sure, I can do that. She then proceeds to mention that hey by the way, my brother-n-law will be coming back from Arkansas Sunday night. I asked her if he was a creeper. 🙊 She laughed and said no, actually he’s single, let me show you a picture of him. My thoughts were oooo-kay, we have potential here! 😏 LA said that when he walks in he will either fix his lunch and go to bed to get ready for work the next day or he will sit down and talk to you. Now, I’m not one to dress to impress, you like me for me. So my leggings, t-shirt, and no makeup with my hair up did the trick cause that boy sat down and we talked for 3 hours that night. 🎣The next day he message me on FB, we got each other’s numbers and the rest is history. Four and a half years later, he proposed and in November 2021 we will start the next big chapter of our lives together. Thanks to my doctor’s screwup with the PT referral, I was where I was supposed to be at that time. So yes, God works in mysterious ways and I am thankful for everything He has done for us. 💕🙏🏽 #TheStewarts
