Do I need a passport to travel?
Answer
Yes, you do! Start looking into this as soon as possible. If you have a passport already, make sure to renew it six months before it expires. Check your expiration date now so you aren't scrambling to get an update or apply for one if you don't have one yet. The U.S. Post Office can handle renewals - check your local USPS office for this service.

Which airport do I fly into?
Answer
SJD Los Cabos, MX. The airport is about a 45-minute drive to the resort. We will have a transportation link you will be able to book from the airport with special pricing for our guests.

Is the resort all inclusive?
Answer
Yes, Pueblo Bonito Pacifica is all-inclusive! Your all-inclusive plan also works at Pueblo Bonito Sunset where the cocktail hour and reception will be held. There are free shuttles from both resorts to use if you would like to check out the other resort pools or restaurants!

When should I book my room by?
Answer
ASAP if possible! We want to make sure all of our guests who are able to come have the discounted rates in the rooms we have selected for our guests. The final deadline to book your room is October 13, 2026.

How many nights should I stay?
Answer
Pueblo Bonito requires a three-night minimum stay. It is recommended to check-in on Thursday, January 14th and check-out on Sunday, January 17th if you plan on attending all wedding events. You are welcome to extend your stay on either end, as the room block rate applies from January 9th-January 22nd. Neil and Sarah will be staying at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica until Sunday, January 17th before heading on their honeymoon!

Can I bring my children?
Answer
We love your little ones, but please note that our room block is at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, which is the adults-only section of the resort. If you wish to travel with your children, you are welcome to book accommodations at Pueblo Bonito Sunset, the sister property that allows families. Sunset offers a kids' club and babysitting services, available upon request. Please notify us directly if you plan to bring your children so we can help coordinate arrangements. For the wedding events themselves, only children specifically addressed on the invitation will be included at the ceremony and reception.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We're so excited to celebrate with each of you! Due to space and planning considerations, we're only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If you receive a plus one, then they will appear when you RSVP.

Do we have to stay at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica?
Answer
We kindly ask that yes you do stay on the resort. Staying somewhere else can cause extra fees since the resort is all-inclusive. Please make sure to use the booking link provided! This helps us keep track and ensures you receive the room block rate.
Question
What is the difference in rooms from the Towers to the Pacifica wing?
Answer
The rooms located in the tower section are all upgraded/remodeled rooms, and the VIP lounge is located in the towers. Not all rooms within the Pacifica wing have 24-hour butler service.

How far is Sunset from Pacifica?
Answer
Sunset is located approximately five minutes up the hill from Pacifica. Shuttles are available between Pueblo Bonito resorts. Private transportation will be provided the day of wedding for all guests.

Can we take photos or videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that all phones and electronics are turned off for the ceremony. We have hired AMAZING professionals to document our day the way we would like. Please take as many photos as you would like during the cocktail hour and reception.
