Drew, being new to Cincinnati, joined a dating app in 2016. Lauren's friends convinced her to join that same dating app aka Tinder, that summer. They chatted for several weeks before they set a date to meet. A rainy week night in September, they met at Madtree Brewing for a beer after work. One beer turned into dinner and more beers. Lauren had a refreshingly good time, compared to any previous date she'd been on. To say it was a good night would be an understatement. They left each other with a hug and a talk to you soon, and the rest is history.

The Konrady and Stewart families were at Keeneland enjoying a beautiful start to Easter weekend. Drew bought a race horse, named it "Will You Marry Me?" and became a jockey. (just kidding) Drew thought out the most perfect day and detail oriented Lauren was completely oblivious! He got down on one knee outside of the paddock, and she said Yes! to continuing their adventure forever.
