When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 22nd, but anytime earlier is also accepted!

Question

Are phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony so we ask that you please have your cellphones turned off, silenced, or put away. We have a photographer and a videographer capturing the moments. However, taking pictures at the reception is completely acceptable and welcomed!

What happens if I do not RSVP?

Answer

If you do not RSVP online or by phone, unfortunately, you will not be included in the wedding activities. We ask that you please RSVP to help us with the head count. Thank you! :)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

As the ceremony promptly begins at 4:30pm, we ask that guests arrive no later than 4:00pm to have time to be seated and get comfortable.

Can I buy gifts not on the registry?

Answer

We appreciate anything you choose, however the gifts on the registry are much appreciated!

Is there transportation to the venue?

Answer

No. However, there are two different hotels within walking distance of the venue!

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

You will know if you got a plus one based on whether or not your envelope was addressed to just you or yourself and a guest. Thank you for understanding! :)

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that our wedding will be kid free besides those participating in the wedding.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of parking at the venue and also at both hotels!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We have decided not to partake in an open bar however wine and beer are included and there will be a cash bar for anyone interested in purchasing a fancier drink.

Question

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.
