The Wolfe Island Ferry is a 30 minute ride that departs from downtown Kingston every hour. The ferry is free and gives you a beautiful view of the Kingston harbour! If you're looking for a short day trip on Sunday, Big Sandy Bay on Wolfe Island is a great beach that you can drive to from the Wolfe Island dock.
