FAQs

The Wedding Website of Madison Alexandra Hatfield and Zackery Daniel Stewart
Here's some general information that might be helpful, if you have more questions, please reach out! We're happy to help
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you can. We are DIYing a LOT for this wedding, so it is important to have accurate head counts to be able to accommodate everyone comfortably. Our deadline for RSVPs will be August 1st, 2026. If we have heard no response by this date, we will assume that you are RSVPing "No" but it would still be helpful to respond here on the website if you can't make it, please.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have a registry of sorts from Amazon and Target, which is linked with Zola. We aren't expecting anything from anyone, but it is there if you want to help with a home or honeymoon fund. The items on the registry are also ideas, so you don't have to get the exact items that are there neither. If you want clarifications on anything, go ahead and reach out.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

When you complete your RSVP, it will show who is invited in your party. Due to space limitations, we weren't able to accommodate for everyone to have a plus one. If you have questions about your invite, please reach out!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have made the decision to only have a select few kids (family) to be at our wedding. Unfortunately, due to space limitations and safety reasons, we are trying to restrict this event to persons above the age of eighteen. Also be advised that alcoholic beverages will be offered and no underage consumption will be permitted, so please be mindful when choosing your extra guest.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 3pm. We ask that you arrive around 2:30pm or before to allow time to park and find a seat with plenty of time. There will be activities available for those who arrive earlier.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While there isn't any specific dress code, we suggest semi-formal wear. For the ceremony, we kindly ask our guests to wear something that is comfortable and semi-formal. For the reception, we will have a costume contest, so bring what ever props you wish to have in your photo! We just please ask to them in your car until the reception starts. We will also be providing different wigs/props for those who wish to utilize them.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking on-site with signs pointing you in the right direction. For those with mobility issues, there will also be accommodative parking available.
