Some love stories start with a swipe right. Ours started with wedding planning, craft cocktails, and a whole lot of behind-the-scenes chaos! We met at Meson Sabika, the very place where we’ll be saying “I do.” I was running around behind the scenes as an event coordinator, making sure every wedding went off without a hitch, while he was behind the bar, keeping the drinks flowing and the celebrations lively. At first, our interactions were just part of the job coordinating schedules, last-minute changes, and the occasional “Can you bring another pitcher of sangria to Table 5?” But somewhere between the countless toasts and late-night cleanups, something changed. We went from being just colleagues to sharing stolen glances, inside jokes, and eventually, a first date that felt like it had been a long time coming. Fast forward to today, and we couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else. Not only is Meson Sabika where our love story began, but I also got to help renovate the wedding space into the dream venue I’ve always envisioned walking down the aisle in! Seeing it transform into the perfect setting has made this whole journey even more special. Now, we can’t wait to celebrate with all of you in the place that brought us together where the love is strong, the drinks are top-notch (thanks to my favorite bartender 😉), and the dance floor is waiting for its next great love story!
