Maid of Honor
Laura and I have been partners in crime since we were six years old, when teachers quickly learned to seat us on opposite sides of the room. From goofing off in Girl Scouts to being attacked by a mattress on Rodeo Drive for a hidden camera show, the shenanigans haven't stopped since!
Best Man
When Marty and I met in our freshman dorm building, we had no idea what crazy adventures were to come. From going to Low End Theory and meeting artists like Thundercat and Tokimonsta to flying to Buenos Aires and hiking El Calafate in Patagonia, there's never a dull moment when we're together.
Bridesmaid
Rosie is my oldest friend, seeing how we met when we were just months old! Whether it's piano lessons with Ruth, singing "Les Champs-Elysées" in French class, to baking, err, adventures (just don't ask about the time they set the oven on fire), we always find a creative project to tackle together and make our own.
Groomsman
Even though Sonny and I live on opposite sides of the world, when we link up, it's like no time has passed since our days at Ghana International School. Whether it’s Sonny visiting LA to spend time with my family and beloved tia or me moving back to Ghana because I'm failing my LSATs... we always pick up where we left off.
Bridesmaid
Nicolette and I became friends while studying abroad in Florence our sophomore year where we bonded over our shared love of food, design, and quality entertainment like "The Dinosaurs" and "Mac & Me." Since then, we've shared many Sunday adventures together exploring flea and flower markets, trying out a new DIY project, or going to the next restaurant on our (very long) list!
Groomsman
Dimitris and I became friends our freshman year of college. Dimitris always knew how to have a good time, but despite late nights, we'd always manage to get things done when it came to school work. Although we don't live in the same house or even city anymore, I traveled to Cape Code to visit Dimitris one summer and was even in his wedding in Greece last year... and the adventures won't stop there.
Bridesmaid
After an awkward first meeting, Karly and I became inseparable our freshman year of high school. When you meet someone who is equally entertained by playing with a plastic bag, rewatching the first two seasons of Laguna Beach, and loves candy as much as you (so much so that you got kicked out of Walgreen's for loitering in the candy aisle), you know you've got a friend for life.
Groomsman
Growing up together, Christian has always been the dutiful older brother, looking out for me and setting a good example. Despite setting the bar annoyingly high in academics and athletics, he gave me the will and drive to succeed. Some things never change!
Bridesmaid
Kyrene and I became fast friends while studying abroad our sophomore year in Florence. After all, there's nothing like 2AM pizza to bring people together! And the good times haven't stopped since. From cooking and craft nights to weeknight dinners, even the Valley can't keep us apart.
Groomsman
Melvin taught me all of the things Christian didn't. From listening to KRS-1 and Tupac to night bike rides in Los Angeles, Melvin's always had a strong pulse on the rhythm and vibrations of our society and he passed that knowledge on to me.
Bridesmaid
Rylie is the newest member of the Steward family after marrying my brother, Jack, in October 2021 - making my lifelong dream of having a sister finally come true! Anyone who can put up with Jack taking her to the Chasm of Doom in Joshua Tree on their first date is my kind of gal. She’s a sweetheart!
Groomsman
Steve and I have been close friends since our freshman year of college. As the only person in the friend group with a car, Steve quickly became my ride to Malibu house parties, late night Jack in the Box runs, and everything in between. While Steve doesn't drive me around anymore these days, we're still always there for each other... no matter what fender benders (metaphorically or literally) may come our way.
Bridesmaid
Tiara and I, also known as A & T, became friends while studying abroad our sophomore year in Florence where we received numerous complaints about being too loud... and the volume hasn't decreased since. Whether we're at book club, craft nights, or brunch, we always have a good (and loud) time!
Groomsman
Eric and I became close our freshman year of college after having many deep, meaningful conversations and discovering we have a lot in common - especially how we were raised. While living together at our fraternity house during our junior year, we became "co-house dads" and to this day, we continue to be grossed out by all the things we discovered that year.
Groomsman
Aaron is my brother from another mother. Since joining the same fraternity in college, we've had a special bond that exceeds friendship, supporting each other through the good and the bad... and getting into some fun trouble along the way.
