We are so excited to have our friends and family joining us from across the country. We recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible given that April is a popular month in Austin. There is a Solar Eclipse on April 8 that is bringing a lot of people to Austin, so hotels are generally a bit harder to come by for this weekend. Please book early and let us know if you have any questions!

This is Austin's only airport and is the easiest and best place to fly into. The airport is about a 15-minute drive from Downtown Austin.

A room block has been arranged at Hotel Van Zandt, located in Downtown Austin. HVZ is located about 15 min from Austin-Bergstrom Airport, and 35 min from our venue. Our room block is secured for Friday and Saturday nights, but you should also be able to book additional nights at the same rate.
