Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP as soon as possible but no later than Sept 15, 2026. If you do not RSVP by this date we will assume you are unable to attend.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If you have a plus one it will be on your invitation - due to limited space we are only able to accommodate those specifically named on your invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM - if you arrive after the ceremony begins you will unfortunately miss it, but we'll see you at cocktail hour!

Is there a dress code?

Is the ceremony outdoors?
Answer
Yes, weather permitting our ceremony will be outdoors. Please dress warmly (we will be providing some goodies to help with that).

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones but because of limited space this is an adults only event with the exception of our flower girl.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have reserved a hotel block at The Penn Stroud and you can book your room here - https://www.choicehotels.com/reservations/groups/OA47N2 We encourage everyone to book their rooms ASAP in case we need to ask the hotel to block out more rooms.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We will have a shuttle picking up from The Penn Stroud at 3:15 PM and another pickup at 3:30 PM. Check in time at the hotel is 3 PM so if you are arriving on Saturday we highly recommend arriving dressed & ready to go so you don't miss the ceremony! We will also have shuttles to get everyone back to the hotel after the reception.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
We are having a Welcome Night on Friday, Nov 13th at Vault 636 restaurant (across the street from The Penn Stroud) from 8 PM - 10 PM. We will have beer/wine and finger food but recommend grabbing dinner beforehand. Dress code is casual! We are also having our after party at Newberry's Yard of Ale (a 2 min walk from The Penn Stroud) from 10:30 PM to 2 AM. Our after party is a pajama party so come comfy (onesies are not only welcome but encouraged).
