Yes, they are held at the same venue. The ceremony will be in an outdoor chapel at the bottom of a rust outdoor staircase. The reception will be held in an event barn at the top of the stairs and across a lawn. Guests will be guided between the two spaces.
Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and footwear. The event will require guests to move from a rustic outdoor chapel to a refurbished event barn. The event barn has an outdoor patio area. Guests are encouraged to bring jackets or warm clothing options if they want to gather in outdoor spaces.
Fall colors! Examples are orange, burgundy, rust, mustard, pastel green, wine, yellow, shades of blue, teal, and cinnamon. We would like our guests to resemble the changing foliage of fall!
Yes, parts of the terrain will be uneven. It is strongly suggested that guests avoid heels.
Come hungry! Olive Garden is being served. The offered protein is grilled chicken, Italian sausage, or meatballs. The offered pasta noodles are Fettuccini and spaghetti. The offered sauce is marinara and alfredo. Gnocchi soup will be provided. Sides include breadsticks and salad. Gormet cupcakes in a variety of flavors will accompany the wedding cake.
Yes. The provided drinks include water, Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper, Pepsi, Tea, Lemonade, Yuengling Flight (can), Modelo Especial (can), Yumkin Pumpkin beer (can), Angry Orchard Hard Cider (bottle), and assorted wines.
Yes. Guests can BYOB. Please leave beverages in vehicles or drop them off at the event barn before the ceremony.
Yes! Kids are welcome. Please contact Stevi Jo and/or Kat to let them know if you are bringing kids with you. Please supervise your kids during the festivities.

Guests will arrive at the venue and pull onto the property on a gravel road. Follow the gravel road toward the barn-like buildings. Look for parking signs!

The brides would like guests to know that their presence is a precious present in itself! If guests wish to bring gifts, they can consider these options; gift cards, cash, chocolate, or whatever their hearts feel represent the occasion.
Yes. The photographer is a family friend of the Roberts, and she will be taking photos throughout the event. There will be areas set up around the property for guests to take pictures of themselves and each other.
