This is a more casual wedding than you are probably used to. We will have self-service drinks (wine, cider, beer, sodas, seltzers) and dinner will be catered by Amy's on the Road (a local gem!). Dinner will be buffet style so you will have the opportunity to try all of the following: Fall Greens, Baby Spinach Salad, Chopped Wedge Salad, Spiced Squash w/Whipped Feta, VT Mac & Cheese, Mexican Street Corn, Sauteed Chicken Cutlets w/Shallot-Caper Drizzle, Grilled Beef Kabobs, Howling Wolf Special (vegan/GF!).
