All Aboard the Party Bus!!

We encourage everyone who is staying at We-Ko-Pa to utilize the shuttle that will be going to and from the venue for both rehearsal dinner and the wedding! Friday: shuttle leaves the We-Ko-Pa roundabout at 4:30pm, and has a return option at 8:30pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early to load up! Saturday: shuttle leaves the We-Ko-Pa roundabout at 3pm and will have two return options back to the resort at 9pm and 10:30pm. The couple can't wait to party with you all on the 10:30pm shuttle back to the resort!

It's Arizona... it won't be cold, right?

Ultimately that's up to you to decide... but we highly recommend bringing your favorite warm coat for an anticipated cool November night!

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

As much as we would love for all the kids to join, due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 7 years old on our wedding day. (please refer to your family's RSVP for confirmation of guests) If you are needing help with childcare, please find listed below a few highly rated child care services in the Phoenix Valley. We also have some personal contacts we can put you in touch with, just ask! What's the dress attire?

Answer

Western attire is welcome!! Whatever makes you feel most comfortable for a night on the ranch! Please be mindful that the property is primarily dirt and grass.

Did I Hear Golfing on Thursday?? I'm in!

Answer

You heard it right! We have some tee times blocked off at Augusta Ranch Golf Course in Mesa, AZ. Tee times start at 2pm on Thursday 11/20. Club rentals are available for $40. If you are interested in joining us, let Stevie know at your earliest convenience!

Is the Room Block Only Good for Friday and Saturday?

Answer

Nope! Discounted rates are good from Tuesday November 18th - Monday November 24th! Please note, it is highly encouraged that you check in at a minimum of Friday the 21st due to check in being at 4pm. We-Ko-Pa cannot guarantee an early check in on Saturday, the day of the wedding.

Does Uber or Lyft come out to the Ranch?

Answer

Yes they do! But it is highly recommended that you schedule the ride to and from. Don't forget, if you are staying at We-ko-pa, there will be a shuttle option as well!
