Is there parking for the venue?

Answer

The lot for guest parking is directly across the street on the corner of N Museum Dr and N Belardo Rd. This is a public parking structure. Please note parking at O’Donnell Golf Course or in the PS Museum lots is not allowed.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive promptly at the golf cart pick up location at 3pm to be shuttled up the mountain. The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal. We would love for our guests to embrace the desert tones! Wear comfortable shoes or bring an additional pair so you can dance the night away!

Due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones for all guests. Only those specifically named on the invitation are invited.

Is smoking permitted at the venue?

Answer

Due to the historic nature of this venue, this is a non-smoking event that will be monitored by the staff. There will be a designated smoking area if needed. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy.
