Are you registered? Where?

We are registered at Zola, West Elm, Crate&Barrel, and REI.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at the Meadows and will require a short ride by bus from the barn at the main entrance. If you are driving, please arrive at the barn parking area by 4:00 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We recommend cocktail attire, keeping in mind the ever-changing weather of Colorado in late Spring. Even if it is warm during the day, it will cool off at night. We recommend you bring a jacket. Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside on grass so high heels are not recommended.

Are kids welcome?

We love your kids but we request you leave them at home for this one.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please reach out to us for dietary restrictions for your meal as these are included with our catering service.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking outside the Barn at Deer Creek Valley Ranch. There will also be shuttles from Denver Marriott West to the venue and back at the end of the night leaving at 9:45 and 11:00pm

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. Shuttles will take guests from the Denver Marriott West leaving at 3:00 pm to the Barn at Deer Creek Valley Ranch before the ceremony and back after the reception, leaving at 9:45 and 11:00pm

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
