Yes there is parking available at both locations.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Traditionally 25/30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. 3:30pm since Ceremony begins at 4pm sharp.
